It pays a commission on the base price of a home to be built to your clients specifications, or commission on the multi-listed sale price of a spec home at closing.

It's As Easy As 1, 2, 3.

1. Personally accompany your client to a Cohen Homes Community Sales Center and complete the broker registration form. Our sales staff will tour our model homes with your client and answer all their questions. Your client referral is protected for 30 days, and necessary extensions are easily obtainable.
2. You will receive a letter confirming your commission when your client signs their purchase agreement.
3. You will receive your check for the full commission at closing.
